discharge certificate for the bridegroom from the Catholic parish wall dated 14 March l. J., married
by the undersigned pastor: Joseph Kohler, Catholic Confession, born August 20, 1827, citizen of Ochsenbach, branch to Mauer and Dienstknecht dahier, marital, single son of the local deceased citizen and day laborer Johannes Kohler and his also deceased wife Elisabetha, born. Nine, and Catharina Rau, Catholic Confession, born July 31, 1831, married, single daughter of the local deceased citizen and day laborer Franz Rau and his also deceased wife Elisabetha, born. Bohn von Dallau.
Witnesses were: Martin Förster, citizen and Adlerwirth, and Johann Georg Winkler ?, citizens and
day laborers, both from here.
Immediately before the marriage ceremony, the spouses before the undersigned pastor and the
aforementioned witnesses declare that they have the two children, Katharina Rau, one on the evening
of February 26, 1858, in the evening of six-thirty, the other on May 28, 1861, eight o'clock in the
